What You’ll Be Doing
Profitable Tradie is looking for a Recruitment Officer who can take ownership of key stages of our hiring process with professionalism and energy. You’ll collaborate with department heads and the Recruitment Manager to ensure every role is filled efficiently, accurately, and with the right cultural fit.
You’ll be hands-on in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and moving candidates confidently through each stage you’re responsible for. This isn’t just admin -you’ll be a trusted partner to our leaders and the first point of contact for candidates.
