Key Responsibilities
Sales target achievement through generation of sales opportunities, conducting sales calls and lead follow through.
Utilising CRM (Salesforce) functionality to capture, identify, and generate opportunities from our existing customer base.
Increase Solventum profile in the dental marketplace and build brand loyalty through a customer first approach.
Become an expert in clinical data and promote effective use of Solventum products.
Continued personal growth through career planning and training.
Key Criteria
Dental and sales backgrounds preferred to understand customer's needs, processes and predict customer's next behaviors.
Drive to exceed sales targets.
Ability to plan for time optimisation in territory management.
Proactive and agile response to customer needs and requests.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent IT skills.
