About The Role

To provide leadership for the team on shift, by leading and developing the health and safety culture, setting, and achieving production priorities with the emphasis on production efficiencies and contribute and implement continuous improvement of shift operations.

This is an alternating shift role (one week dayshift and the following week afternoon shift).
