This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your knowledge, energy and enthusiasm to our People and Capability team. In this role, you will ensure that candidates receive a positive recruitment experience while providing high-quality administrative support across our talent acquisition processes.
Working alongside our Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner with hiring managers to support and enhance the way we recruit. You will also collaborate closely with our HR Administrators, providing additional support during busy periods. This role will suit an experienced administrator or someone looking to begin or progress their career in human resources or recruitment.
Salary will be in the range of $58,439 to $70,692 per year pro rata, based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus. This is a fixed-term parental leave cover position for 12 months, commencing as soon as possible in the New Year.
