What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead a team of Outbound Sales Reps (Connectors), ensuring they consistently generate highly engaged prospects for triage calls. You’ll manage performance, develop strategy, and foster a high-performing, values-aligned culture.
You will :
Train and lead a team of Connectors focused on initiating and nurturing qualified sales conversations
Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and daily activity standards for the team
Conduct weekly 20s, group call reviews, 1-on-1 coaching, and performance reviews to improve conversion rates
Foster a high-performance, values-aligned sales culture focused on quality, integrity, and results
Design and implement outbound call strategies, scripts, and offers, tracking effectiveness
Recruit, headhunt, and maintain a ‘hotlist’ of potential team members
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly call metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
Ensure accurate CRM data entry, pipeline management, and follow-up processes
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline the outbound sales process
Uphold the company’s mission, values, and commitment to transformation in every client interaction
Prepare and present weekly reports to leadership on key sales metrics, trends, and forecasts
Maximise CRM call lists to ensure no contacts are missed
Continuously research new tools and software to reach more prospects and improve efficiency
