Our team manages work allocation, planning and provide technical advice and guidance to the business.In this role, you will be engaging with stakeholders, making strong personal connections across the business to enable the development of smart efficient processes for our participants.

You'll work collaboratively with your team delivering thought leadership and practical, high-quality advice.

You'll also drive resource and capability planning to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, while contributing to continuous improvement across systems and processes.

Acting as a key liaison, you'll support the Manager in leading planning processes, shaping group direction, and aligning priorities—particularly in areas requiring inspector input.

You'll also support complex correspondence handling, and coach team members to build capability and foster a high-performing, quality-focused culture.The salary band for the Senior Advisor, Planning and Support starts at $115,536 to a maximum of $141,751.

Starting salaries are be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, as well as internal relativities.
