PMX New Zealand are on the hunt for two dynamic Performance Managers to join our team. This is your chance to lead groundbreaking digital initiatives with some of the world’s most influential brands. If you’re an experienced paid social or programmatic expert with a knack for boosting digital growth, strengthening agency engagement, and executing best‑in‑class campaigns, we want to hear from you!

Your Role :

As a Performance Manager, you’ll be pivotal in executing and optimising campaigns across paid social and programmatic platforms like Meta, TikTok, display, video, audio, pDOOH, and CTV. We're looking for someone who not only has hands‑on experience but also a deep understanding of auction dynamics and data‑driven outcomes.

What You’ll Do :

• Digital Strategy & Engagement : Lead full‑cycle campaign management, devise platform‑led strategies, and champion our paid and programmatic solutions.
• Collaboration & Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with agencies, publishers, and internal teams. Be a mentor and provide escalation support within the team.
• Operational Excellence : Ensure accurate, quality‑driven execution across platforms. Maintain documentation and support team capacity through workload management.
• Performance Trading & Reporting : Conduct insightful post‑campaign analysis and deliver data‑driven insights for optimisation.
• Market Expertise & Innovation : Stay ahead of trends and share insights with the team to keep our solutions competitive and future‑focused.
