Meaningful work for a charitable trust.Job DescriptionThe Accounts Administrator – Accounts Payable is responsible for ensuring vendor invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Duties include, but are not limited to : Process and code vendor invoices in a timely and accurate mannerManage invoice verification and approval workflowsReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptlyInvestigate and resolve invoice queries, including following up on credit notesMaintain accurate records and ensure all transactions comply with organisational and audit requirementsAbout youThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume invoice processing, along with the following : Grants processing experience (desirable)Computer literacy & experience with finance systemsExperience with Business Central or other Microsoft systems desirableA proven high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essentialOrganisational & time-management skills with ability to meet deadlinesAbout usFormed in
