Site Manager
We’re working with a well-established electrical contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial projects and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships. They’re now searching for a Site Manager / Lead Electrician who can take full ownership of jobs, run sites confidently, and keep work moving without needing constant oversight.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running electrical projects on‑site with full autonomy
- Managing sparkies, apprentices, and TAs day‑to‑day
- Ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are all on track
- Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and builders
- Reading plans, resolving issues, and making quick, practical decisions
- Staying hands‑on and leading by example when required
