Join Delegat Group’s Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme to develop comprehensive supply chain skills within a leading Super Premium wine company.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Complete two vintages at Delegat’s Marlborough winery, supporting the winemaking process from grape receival to finished wine.
- Gain operational experience at the Auckland Winery bottling and shipping facility, including hands-on tasks such as picking, packing, and handling wine cases up to 16 kg.
- Participate in planning activities with the global markets team at head office in central Auckland.
- Rotate through brief placements with other head office functions including finance, People & Culture, marketing, sales, and IS.
- Work within an 18-month fixed term programme with defined learning objectives, regular performance and development reviews, and assigned mentorship.
- During Marlborough placements (4-5 weeks each), undertake shift work and weekend work; other placements based at two Auckland locations.
