Role Overview

  • Position : Biology Subject Matter Expert – Contractor, Remote
  • Commitment : 10-20 hours of work per week with potential for increased hours and extension
  • Contribute to a cutting-edge project involving frontier large language models. Craft high-quality, challenging problems in your domain expertise to inform the future of AI innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate asynchronously with a team of highly qualified experts across your domain.
  • Craft, solve, and review challenging problems with real-world applicability.
  • Work independently in a fully remote and asynchronous environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI model performance by providing domain-specific insights.

    • Requirements / Qualifications

  • Must-Have Qualifications
  • Masters or PhD in Biology from a top US university
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI-generated content and model outputs
  • Familiarity with STEM domains and training data evaluation

  • Compensation : $65-75 / hour
  • Contract Type : Hourly contractor
  • Schedule : Flexible, remote, and asynchronous
  • Payment : Weekly via Stripe Connect
