As the Clinic Manager for Kingsland Physiotherapy, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our busy clinic. This full‑time role is based at our main clinic on New North Road, Kingsland, and will see you managing all day‑to‑day administrative and operational aspects of the practice.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of patient appointments
• Manage clinic staff, including physiotherapists, massage therapists and acupuncturists, with direct support and mentoring from the Directors
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive patient experience
• Handle financial responsibilities such as invoicing, accounts receivable and payroll
• Implement and maintain clinic policies, procedures and workflows
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Liaise with healthcare providers, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
• Maintain general clinic cleanliness and tidiness
