As Cellar Manager, you’ll support the Chief Winemaker in overseeing all day-to-day cellar activities, ensuring a seamless flow from fruit to bottle. You’ll lead, train, and motivate a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement, and champion a safe, positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all cellar operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Lead, train, and motivate cellar staff, including recruitment and induction of vintage staff.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with the winemaking and engineering teams to maintain equipment and improve processes.
• Maintain high standards of winery cleanliness and hygiene.
• Foster a high-performing, engaged team culture.
• Oversee inventory, dry goods, and resource planning.
• Support ongoing development of winery processes and participate in audits.
