Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to help with day to day running of Prime Range Fresh, 808 North Road, our flagship Store.

About you

Whether you bring expertise in retailing or boast a strong Butchery background, your passion and insight will be invaluable. With proven sales skills, meticulous organisation, and a results-driven approach, you'll drive success in every aspect of the business. You'll also demonstrate a steadfast commitment to cleanliness and prioritise health and safety, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.

Your collaborative spirit and reliability will foster a supportive team dynamic, while your physical capability to handle stock (up to 20kg) will ensure smooth operations. Proficiency in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, margin rates, and shrinkage management, along with experience in stock management and visual merchandising, will be crucial for success.
