Our Timaru dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Consultant, Advisor or Interpreter to bring their experience and passion to the range of industries we support. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career working with premium brands including John Deere, Polaris and Origin Ag. Joining a small but mighty team and reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll be a key member of the department where customer service, high service levels and inventory control is the key to our success.

This role will see you :

• Engaging with customers in store, over the phone and by e-mail, bringing your customer focus to the fore of everything you do.
• Identifying, promoting and selling a vast range of product solutions for our customers’ needs.
• Working closely with our workshop technicians to identify and supply parts required for exceptional aftermarket care.
• Staying on top of documentation and record-keeping, ensuring a smooth operation and customer experience.
• Pitching in to ensure high health and safety standards and adherence to H&S practices at DNE.
