About the Organization

Together, we make a lasting difference. Everything we do is about supporting people at the most vulnerable times of their lives, whether that’s an older person needing care and connection, or a family working through tough times. Our name, Enliven, is a celebration of our beginnings, our heritage and the values we share. Our homes and villages are places where older people have companionship, choice, variety, fun, meaningful activity and a sense of purpose. Being part of our team means the opportunity to share in our values-based approach and be part of a not-for-profit service specialising in the support of our elders.

Conveniently located in central Karori, the modern and stylish Huntleigh Home overlooks a sunny central courtyard and residents enjoy the easy indoor‑outdoor living. The house features a fabulous shop and café run by residents and volunteers, a lively recreation programme, entertaining visits, a varied menu, and even a resident-designed flag.
