What You Will Do
Serve as the Tier 2 Point of Contact for all Licensing and Subscription issues reported through existing Support channels.
Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to ensure issue resolution in a timely manner.
Communicate with Dealers and Distribution Partners via Phone, Email, or Chat.
Work in multiple licensing systems and provided tools to solve issues.
Participate in ongoing product improvement by acting as the Voice of the Customer for Licensing and subscription-related issues.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Proven ability to learn and troubleshoot software, with a strong interest in software licensing and subscription models.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers and dealers.
A customer-focused mindset and the ability to navigate challenging conversations professionally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple internal systems and tools to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Experience collaborating with internal engineering and product teams to manage and resolve technical escalations.
Experience with Oracle, Virtual Warehouse and Next Virtual Warehouse, EPP, EMS, License Manager, LDK-EMS, HASP Programmer.
First, Second, or Third Shift work hours may be required.
Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP / IP Ports and Port Protocol).
Foundational knowledge of software products, preferably within the construction, civil, or geospatial industries, is a plus.

Our Civil Construction Field Systems division provides a wide range of hardware and software solutions to the construction industry.
We also work closely with the CTCT division (a joint venture between Trimble and Caterpillar), creating world-leading grade control and automation products for customers in the paving, construction, landfill, and mining industries.
Our products make operators of heavy equipment more productive, whether they're working on a landscaping job in someone's backyard, levelling a section for a house, building a subdivision or highway, or operating an 800-tonne excavator on a mine site.
