About the Role

As a Credit Solutions Specialist, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that plays a key role in helping Kiwis access finance in a responsible, customer‑centric way.

Primarily, your day will involve guiding individuals to understand and manage their financial obligations, using your skills in communication and problem‑solving to help them navigate challenging situations.

This is a fast‑paced, collaborative role that suits people who love problem‑solving, and are motivated by making a real impact.
