About the role The Clinical Coordinator at Kandahar Home will support the Home Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager to provide a safe environment for residents and staff.
Their focus is on effective day to day co-ordination and supervision of resident care, and provision of professional leadership and support to the RNS, ENs and Healthcare Assistants.
The Clinical Coordinator will actively function as a clinical leader and take responsibility for clinical decisions while motivating staff to use initiative in problem solving.
The role is based at Kandahar Home and will offer 8-hour dayshifts, 5 days per week, rotating days.
Whilst hours are regular there may be times when flexibility is required to meet the needs of the residents.

In addition, you will : Be an experienced RN, ready to take the next step in their career.
Have at least 2 years' experience in Aged care Support the team to deliver quality of care and outcomes for our Elders Foster strong positive working relationships with other team members, residents and their whanau Post Graduate Certificate in Nursing is preferred, but not essential InterRAI knowledge preferred Nga Tono - Applications :
