We’re looking for a results-driven Area Manager to join our Tip Top team in Christchurch and lead the way in building strong relationships with key supermarket accounts. If you thrive on autonomy, love negotiating, and want to make a real impact in a fast-paced FMCG environment, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Own your territory : Manage top-performing Pak’nSave, New World, Fresh Choice and 4 Square stores in your area.
• Drive results : Deliver commercial goals and maximise gross margin through smart planning and execution.
• Negotiate like a pro : Secure shelf space, promotional activity, and pricing that works for both us and our customers.
• Collaborate for success : Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and key account teams to bring strategies to life.
• Analyse and improve : Use data insights to review performance and identify opportunities for growth.
