We are a passionate group of people who work together as a team to deliver a customer experience that is flexible to their needs.The role : Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the workshop and case management process for all workshop jobs, ensuring we are providing high quality technical and mechanical support to our valued customers.

This will involve management of the weekly schedule, as well as being the first point of contact for our customers regarding any machine service or repair requirements.Responsibilities include : The quality of the service & repair work produced by the workshopLiaise with the Service Coordinator to keep customers informed of progress on jobsPrepare jobs for invoicingBe a point of contact for our customers regarding any machine service or repair requirementsMentoring mechanics concerning repairs and provide technical adviceMonitor Warranty Reports, ensuring we meet timeframes.We are ideally looking for : A demonstrated capability to supervise and motivate a successful team of TechniciansPrevious experience of electronic diagnostic equipmentStrong planning and organisation skills are essentialGood customer service skills with the ability to convey technical information across a range of peopleAlong with your technical know-how, you will be a competent computer user, preferably in MS Office.Come from a mechanical background with trade certs in HDProven experience carrying out H&S policy and proceduresKnow how to work hard, and enjoy a laughIf you're keen to be part of a crew like us, then we can't wait to see your application by hitting APPLY NOW or pop Brooke a confidential call on
