Application Support Analyst

12d Synergy is a Data Management and Project Collaboration software package. The system provides users with a common data environment, to improve efficiency, data integrity, work-sharing and collaboration. Our clients are typically consultants in the construction / land development industry or large-scale infrastructure projects.

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Application Support Analyst (Level 1) to join our team in Upper Hutt, Wellington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in technical support within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be the first point of contact for our New Zealand clients, providing technical assistance and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services.

While experience with 12d Synergy is a bonus, it is not required as we provide full training and onboarding. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a customer-focused attitude.

This role includes

• Provide friendly, helpful, and timely support to clients via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions clearly in the support ticket system.
• Working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may have.
• Providing excellent technical support, guidance, to our users via phone, email and on site.
• Working with Clients and their IT department to manage installations and upgrades.
• Helping to diagnose and troubleshoot network and software issues.
• Assisting with installations, upgrades, migrations, configurations, and implementations.
• Providing exceptional customer service and high-quality technical support.
