Pay : Up to $12 / hour

Location : Queenstown

Work Schedule :

Mon – Thu : 8 : 15am – 5 : 45pm

Fri : 8 : 15am – 5 : 15pm

Job Scope

Guide and assist patients with directions and clinic flow.

Provide ushering and crowd management support.

Facilitate smooth patient journeys, including shuttle bus drop-off points and clinic entrances.

Support mobility needs of patients, including operation of stair climber (training provided).

Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department.

Requirements

Minimum GCE O / A / Diploma.

Friendly, patient and service-oriented.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
