Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist AND a Sterilisation Assistant to join our fast-paced clinic — someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and brings strong organisational and communication skills to the role.

Dental Receptionist

As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients — both in person and over the phone — and play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly. You’ll need to manage multiple priorities at once : scheduling appointments, responding to enquiries, processing payments, and coordinating with our clinical team in a dynamic environment.

Sterilisation Assistant

As our Sterilisation Assistant, you’ll be a critical part of our team! You’ll support our experienced clinicians with various dental procedures during patient appointments, and take ownership of instrument sterilisation, infection control, and stock management.

These are not entry-level roles. We’re looking for candidates who can hit the ground running and have prior experience in a dental or medical setting. You\'ll need to be calm under pressure, quick to adapt, and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
