About the role :

We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Infrastructure Services & Platforms Manager to lead the evolution of our digital infrastructure.

You’ll combine your technical expertise, commercial acumen, and passion for innovation to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready platforms and services.

As the Infrastructure Services & Platforms Manager, you’ll be responsible for the design, management, and ongoing development of Northpower’s digital infrastructure. Working with a team of talented engineers, managed service providers, and external partners, you’ll ensure seamless delivery of platforms and services while driving continuous improvement.

In this role, you will :

• Lead the strategy for Northpower’s digital infrastructure, aligning with business goals and future growth.
• Manage a team of engineers and external providers, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee digital infrastructure platforms, networks and services while maintaining robust security and disaster recovery plans.
• Act as a key escalation point for high-priority (P1) incidents, supporting quick resolution and clear communication.
• Drive innovation by identifying new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets to achieve maximum value and performance.
• Foster a strong team culture through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• This role may require after-hours availability and occasional travel.
