About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and motivated individual to support our operations, sales, and warehouse management team in this diverse full-time role based in Tauranga.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team responsible for :
- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations .
- Managing inwards and outwards orders .
- Manual handling and packaging of stock (some lifting required).
- Maintaining stock control and inventory management .
- Providing administration and sales support , including order processing and customer service.
- Assisting with marketing activities , including social media and direct campaigns.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is :
Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Word, and general business platforms.Experienced in marketing (social media, direct marketing, and design experience advantageous).Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills.Able to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team .Proactive, honest, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.Residing in the Tauranga region of New Zealand.Legally able to work in New Zealand.Experience with AI tools or automation platforms will be viewed favourably.Why Join Us
