About the Role

Everest People are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced senior leaders to provide strategic and operational leadership for the NZ Pet food Association. This is a hands‑on role combining strategic leadership with practical delivery. You’ll manage operations, lead key initiatives, and ensure the smooth running of an annual national conference. You’ll work closely with the Chair and a small, committed team to support members, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and deliver on the organisation’s strategic goals.

• 0.6 FTE, location flexible

Key Responsibilities

The General Manager role is location‑flexible within New Zealand; however some travel will be required. Proximity to a major airport is therefore advantageous.
