Fixed Term / Secondment until September
Reporting to the Manager – Marketing, the Marketing Specialist, will lead and manage marketing strategies and campaigns across our major property development projects.
This role is pivotal in driving sales and advertising initiatives, ensuring our marketing efforts deliver strong engagement and ROI.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that enhance brand presence and support project success.
Property marketing experience is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities Include
Develop and implement marketing strategies for large-scale property projects
Manage sales and advertising campaigns to optimise reach and return on investment
Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels
Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand standards and organisational values
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, service providers, and industry partners
Monitor and report on campaign performance and manage allocated budgets effectively
Nga Pumanawatanga Ou - What You Will Bring
Tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent experience
Proven experience in marketing, advertising, and campaign management; property marketing experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing practices and tools
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
Ability to manage budgets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
