Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune policies, profiles, and compliance baselines for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
Deploy and manage applications via Intune.
Maintain configuration baselines (BitLocker, LAPS, Firewall, etc.) and ensure continuous device compliance.
Manage hardware lifecycle and inventory.
Email Security & Network
Provide operational support for Exchange Online and Mimecast.
Assist with mail flow, transport rules, and client access policies as they relate to email security.
Basic network troubleshooting and SD-WAN setup knowledge.
Operations & Support
Provide Level 1 & 2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals to all global users during standard working hours.
Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 platform for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint online, Exchange Online and the Office apps.
Handle onboarding / offboarding IT tasks including account provisioning, training and device setup.
Monitor enrollment, compliance, and device health dashboards.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration baselines.
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including switches, wired / wireless connectivity.
Modernization & Projects
Support enterprise programs such as zero-trust enablement and passwordless authentication.
Test new Intune releases and evaluate impact on enterprise configurations.
Collaborate with the team to design future-state endpoint and messaging strategies.
Identify repetitive tasks and contribute to automation solutions to streamline support operations.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Support, or IT Helpdesk roles.
Hands-on knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune.
Strong hands-on knowledge of :
Experience in Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio are highly desired but not mandatory.
Attend biweekly evening IT meetings and quarterly summits with the global IT team to discuss projects.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
Experience in A / V support, collaboration tools, endpoint security, and remote troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of networking, infrastructure, and telecom concepts.
Promote IT awareness and digital adoption among end users.
Effective documentation and communication skills.
