About the Role
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and implementing initiatives that address health inequities across Aotearoa.
Working in alignment with project management leadership, they will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Central to the role is leading health equity initiatives grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi, collaborating with Maori, Pacific, disabled people and populations of need to improve access, outcomes, and system performance through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven evaluation.
About you
You will bring experience and a strong understanding of the significance of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its obligations, including the ability to apply its principles meaningfully within your role.
Alongside this, you'll have proven knowledge of implementation science and research project requirements, with a track record of delivering equity-focused and culturally safe engagement practices across Maori, Pacific, and disabled populations.
Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid New Zealand driver's licence are also essential for success in this role.
