Responsibilities

Create detailed, photorealistic 3D visualizations of real estate developments using 3ds Max
Interpret architectural plans, elevations, and sketches to produce accurate visual representations
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver visuals that align with marketing objectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to meet client expectations
Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflows

Skills And Requirements

Proven experience in architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3ds Max work

Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, and Adobe Creative Suite

Solid understanding of architectural concepts, lighting, materials, and composition

Ability to interpret and work from architectural drawings and specifications

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality visuals

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Reliable internet connection and availability for ongoing collaboration

Experience with real estate or property marketing projects is highly desirable
