We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make a real impact.About The RoleReporting to the Category Marketing Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for merchants, supporting the management of the building products portfolio including decorative wall linings, structural building products and leading key brands including Seratone, Surround by Laminex and Strand by Laminex.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp shape and drive a diverse product portfolio that delivers real value to customers and drives innovation across markets.Be the go-to person for merchant account management and queries.Set up and maintain key documents for both existing and new products.Gain insights to understand the market to realise all product opportunities.Develop and manage merchant promotions.Travel and represent Laminex NZ at industry events.What We're Looking ForAt least 2-3 years of product management experience in the building industry or a technical environment.Proficient in coordinating and executing events with a strong attention to detail.Strong organisational and interpersonal skills to manage merchant accounts and respond to queries.An admin guru who can juggle multiple initiatives.A marketing degree or relevant marketing papers.A can-do attitude and resilience.100% customer focused.Why Join UsCompetitive salary and great benefits as part of Fletcher BuildingOpportunity to be part of a growing business with significant potential.Work with a supportive and dynamic team.If you're ready to take on a new challenge and make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
