We’re looking for a Structural Engineer to join our Tauranga and Hamilton Structures team.

You’ll bring strong technical and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects.

In this role, you’ll collaborate across multi‑discipline teams, support clients, and contribute to impactful work.

At Beca, you’ll be supported to grow your consultancy skills through on‑the‑job learning and a multi‑tiered support network spanning sectors like water, defence, education, healthcare, transport, and power.

Ideally, you’ll be a Structural Engineer with a relevant degree or tertiary qualification and experience working on building projects.

You enjoy delivering great outcomes for clients and take pride in creating a positive experience along the way.

Experience in a consulting environment would be valuable, along with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to share your knowledge.
