We are looking for an outstanding Guidewire Developer to join our Technology and Operations Platform Services team.
Responsibilities
- Flexible Work Hours : Must be available for after‑hours support and potential shift work.
- Technical Escalation Support : Key escalation point for technical issues raised by team members.
- Trend Identification & Process Improvement : Monitor and analyse technical trends to proactively drive service enhancements.
- Knowledge Management : Develop and maintain incident documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Second‑Level Technical Support : Deliver timely resolution of technical issues for business users.
- Third‑Level Support Liaison : Maintain active communication with third‑level support teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
About You
Experience in Configuration, Integration or Digital Guidewire in Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter.Experience in GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins (or similar tools).Working with relational databases – database design and SQL queries.Familiarity with OpenAPI specification & REST APIs.Proven experience in a core software development role working in an Agile environment.Understanding of common Web Technologies.All This Shows Up In What We Offer
