Our mahi is different, but we share the same goal - to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.Korero mo te turanga - About the rolesWe have two newly created Senior Business Analyst roles available, both are part of our centralised BA team, however each role has a slightly different focus.Are you a strategic thinker with experience in FMIS?

If so, then this role is your opportunity to synergize innovation with strategy and help NZ Post deliver impactful business outcomes.

The key focus of this role is to lead business analysis across complex initiatives, focusing on financial systems transformation.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape delivery outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

You will use your FMIS expertise to uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and drive value.This role is ideally based in Wellington, where you'll be closely connected to key stakeholders and delivery teams.For the second role, you'll help NZ Post navigate complexity and deliver change that matters.

You'll work across business and technology domains to define needs, shape solutions, and ensure delivery aligns with enterprise strategy.You'llBuild strong relationships across the organisation.Lead requirements analysis and change definition.Support delivery teams through testing, training, and transition.Promote business analysis practices and mentor others in the chapter.Mou - About YouAs the ideal candidate for either of these roles you will be able to clearly demonstrate : 5+ years' experience in business analysis within large enterprises.Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.Experience across the full change lifecycle—from strategy to value realisation.Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and governance models.FMIS knowledge (for Role 1) and experience influencing senior leadership.He Aha Te Pai - What you'll love about us!
