    The Role

    We're seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our Hamilton team. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will interpret site assessment plans, develop job scopes, and lead a small team (Project Estimator and CADS Drawer) to determine project material and labour requirements and establish initial budgets. This role ensures projects start with a solid, data-driven foundation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Interpret site assessment plans and reports to define project scope
    • Lead and coordinate a small team to compile material and labour requirements
    • Set and document accurate project budgets based on forecasting and trade rates
    • Liaise with the Contract Manager and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
    • Skills & Experience

    • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
    • Relevant qualification or proven experience in a similar role
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
