About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced ICT Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects within our Digital Transformation programme.

This key leadership role is responsible for managing multiple ICT and business initiatives with budgets exceeding $1 million, using agile delivery practices.

You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

This hands-on role bridges strategic oversight and day-to-day delivery and will shape the future of SkyCity through cutting-edge digital solutions impacting our systems, processes, and culture.

To Thrive In This Role, You'll Bring

A qualification in Agile or Project Management practices.

5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or similar, within major delivery programmes.

Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end using agile methodologies, with budgets over $1 million.

Proficiency in ADO or similar project management tools.

Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Strong senior stakeholder management capabilities.

High commercial acumen with experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budget tracking.

Proven ability to identify, treat, and elevate risks, and lead risk management activities.

Proactive approach to issue resolution and escalation.

Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Advanced facilitation and presentation skills.

Strong relationship-building skills with key project stakeholders.

Experience managing contracts with external service providers.

Adaptability and leadership in complex, fast-paced environments.
