We’re seeking an inspiring Service Manager to lead a 24 / 7 youth respite service in Albany , supporting young people aged 16–25 . This short-term, community-based service provides a crucial alternative to inpatient admission, offering safe and supportive respite for rangatahi experiencing mental distress. This role includes on-call responsibilities.

In this role, you will :

• Guide, support, and develop a passionate team delivering person-centred care.
• Ensure services are safe, effective, culturally responsive, and grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive continuous service improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with tāngata whaiora, whānau, clinical teams, and community partners.
