Job description

Kepla is a fast-growing multi-channel ad management platform built for scale. We help businesses in property, automotive, and other high-value verticals launch, manage, and optimise digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and more - through our UI or via external integrations.

We’re a small, ambitious team building workflow-first advertising automation products. Think less manual ad setup and more intelligent orchestration at scale. We’re tackling how people discover products online (properties, vehicles, etc.), how businesses nurture prospects, and how to run sophisticated multi-channel campaigns that actually convert.

We can take a single URL for a product listing and launch high-performing campaigns - then help businesses nurture those leads through to conversion.

If you’re excited by designing systems that help businesses advertise and sell at scale, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product / UX Designer to shape the user experience of the Kepla platform as we expand from property into new verticals and deeper prospect nurturing capabilities.

You’ll work closely with our founders, engineering, and product team to :

  • Design intuitive workflows that make multi-channel campaign management feel simple, even at scale
  • Work on the full funnel – product discovery, ad creation, prospect nurturing, conversion tracking
  • Think across verticals – create design patterns that work for property (our key focus), automotive, and future categories
  • Own end-to-end design from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems
  • Work directly with developers to ship features that look great and work seamlessly
  • Have a meaningful voice in product direction, not just execute design tickets

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who wants to design products that allows our customers to launch thousands of campaigns, nurture prospects and have real ownership over the product experience.

What You’ll Work On

  • Multi‑channel campaign creation and management workflows
  • Dashboards for businesses running hundreds or thousands of campaigns
  • Prospect nurturing and lead management interfaces
  • Cross‑vertical product catalogue and inventory management
  • Analytics and performance tracking across channels
  • Integration touchpoints with CRMs, booking systems, and external platforms
  • Ad preview, editing, and optimisation tools
  • Permission and access control for complex organisations (agencies, franchises, teams)
  • Automated workflow builders
  • Design systems and component libraries for our React front‑end
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional UX / product design experience , ideally in SaaS or web applications
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work (we want to see your process)
  • Proficiency with modern design tools
  • Experience designing complex workflows – dashboards, automation tools, data‑heavy interfaces
  • Collaborative approach – you’ll work closely with engineers and founders in a small team
  • User‑centred design mindset with experience doing research and translating insights into designs
  • Systems thinking – designing patterns that scale across verticals and use cases
  • Understanding of front‑end constraints – knowing what’s realistic to build helps you design better
  • Bonus Points For

  • Property, automotive, or marketplace experience – understanding how businesses sell high‑value products online
  • Advertising / marketing platform experience – ad managers, campaign tools, performance dashboards
  • Publisher or marketplace platform experience – multi‑sided platforms, inventory at scale
  • CRM, lead nurturing, or sales funnel experience – understanding the full customer journey
  • Experience working in startups or small SaaS teams
  • Basic HTML / CSS knowledge
  • Familiarity with workflow automation or marketing automation concepts
  • Why Join Kepla

  • Design software that powers real campaigns for leading NZ brands and beyond
  • Small team equals real impact – shape product direction, not just work on design tickets
  • Work on complex, modern problems – multi‑channel orchestration, workflow automation, cross‑vertical scale
  • Learn from competitors, then build something better
  • Flexible, remote‑friendly environment
  • You’ll be the design lead – real ownership over the product experience
  • Please Include

  • Link to your portfolio or case studies
  • A brief note on why Kepla interests you
  • (Optional) An example of an ad management, marketplace, or CRM platform you think has great UX, and why
