About the Role

As Building Zone Manager, you’ll oversee a key area of the store, leading your team to deliver outstanding service, strong sales performance, and operational excellence. You will play an essential role in supporting store-wide leadership, driving customer satisfaction, and empowering your team to perform at their best.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and team members within your zone.
• Deliver an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every shopper.
• Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring stock is replenished and displayed effectively.
• Support store operations through duty management, customer resolution, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Manage rostering, wage budgets, and department performance targets.
• Drive marketing initiatives, promotions, and events that enhance the customer experience.
• Oversee team recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, operational standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Build product knowledge and share expertise to support customers and team development.
• Communicate issues and opportunities with urgency and clarity to the store leadership team.
