Test Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, oversee, and report on all testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Develop and align test strategies with project objectives
• Manage test resources and drive continuous improvements throughout the testing lifecycle
• Ensure test environments, tools, test cases, and test data (accurate, unbiased, and cleansed) are properly prepared and maintained for reuse
• Review test cases and test scripts to ensure traceability to business and technical requirements
• Monitor and report test progress and defects, working collaboratively to resolve issues
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements
