This role focuses on producing engaging, platform‑native content for social channels, with a particular emphasis on TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, editing, and delivering short‑form content that amplifies show visibility and star presence. You will transform campaign moments into shareable edits, trends, memes, and star‑driven pieces, including red carpet and press interviews, exclusive shoots, and fast‑turnaround reactive content. The position requires a strong understanding of both Western entertainment and Southeast Asian pop culture, ensuring content resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with brand tone. Collaboration with social marketing teams and agency partners is essential to deliver creative, on‑brand assets that drive audience engagement and viewership.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and produce short‑form, social‑first content for TikTok and Instagram, including trends, memes, and star‑driven edits
  • Edit video and audio assets, ensuring high‑quality, platform‑optimized output
  • Write compelling captions and copy in both Thai and English
  • Track and interpret emerging social trends, adapting styles and formats to fit brand and campaign needs
  • Collaborate with social marketing teams and agency partners to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Create content that reflects Southeast Asian nuance and HBO Max’s brand personality across regional markets
  • Deliver fast‑turnaround, reactive content to capitalize on trending topics and moments
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and monitor content performance to inform future creative decisions

Skills and Requirements

  • Proficiency in both Thai and advanced English, with strong copywriting skills
  • Demonstrated experience producing and editing social‑first content for TikTok and Instagram
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience engagement strategies
  • Ability to ideate and execute creative concepts quickly and independently
  • Familiarity with Western entertainment and Southeast Asian pop culture
  • Strong video editing skills using industry‑standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience working with entertainment brands or media companies is a plus
