About the Role

As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the finance function and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and other internal teams to deliver accurate and timely financial processes. Your responsibilities will include :

• Accounts Payable & Receivable : Process invoices, manage supplier and customer queries, and assist with reconciliations.
• Payroll Processing : Handle fortnightly payroll, maintain leave records, and respond to payroll-related queries.
• Month-End Support : Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and preparation of GST and other returns.
• General Finance Coordination : Support expense tracking, subscription renewals, and credit card reconciliations.
