Job description
A leading visual effects studio in Wellington is looking for a Senior Research Engineer to define and deliver a research roadmap. Responsibilities include conducting research in computer graphics and machine learning, prototyping VFX ideas, and mentoring within the team. The ideal candidate has a master's degree or PhD in a relevant field, along with 5 years of programming experience in C++. Strong knowledge of 3D reconstruction and motion generation techniques is essential for this role.
