Charge Nurse

The role :

• Management of the day to day operations in the clinic, addressing patient flow
• Lead the staff to ensure best practices are adhered to
• Work alongside a Regional Operations Manager and Nurse Manager
• Drive strategic initiatives
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for nursing staff
• Be a mentor and "role model' for the nursing staff
• Guaranteed that no "two work days" are the same

What's on offer :

• 30hrs per week with $110K - $124K pro rata salary
• Based out of the Christchurch city, escape the traffic rush

What you have to have :

• A current New Zealand Nursing Council registration and APC
• Hold NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Have held senior leadership role, experience in a clinical setting
• Hold a PDRP Portfolio
• Strong organisational skills and time management with problem solving abilities
• Experience with Medtech Evolution, Medtech 32 or similar CRM.
• Excellent English written and communication skills
