Part Time Retail Assistant | Repco Te Awamutu
Repco Te Awamutu is seeking a Part Time Retail Assistant.
Your key focus is to ensure every customer has a great in-store experience—from greeting customers as they enter to guiding them on product selection, upselling where appropriate, and processing sales at the till.
Responsibilities
Provide genuine service and create lasting impressions with customers
Utilise selling skills to contribute to the store's sales performance
Be a team player and contribute towards the store's success
Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
Process stock and ensure shelves are adequately stocked
Skills & Experience
Customer-focused; naturally a people person with strong customer service experience
Previous retail and / or customer service experience preferred
Full training provided on products; interest in automotive is a plus
Confident in a retail / sales environment and comfortable dealing with a variety of customers
Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner with a team-focused, can-do attitude
