Job descriptionContribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing Coach and guide, communicate effectively, and contribute to the Managing promotions,pricing, sales and budgeting Negotiating skills At least six months of supervisory experience in a non-franchisee Clean driver's license Forklift license An eye for detail and the skill for merchandising Mature-minded and able to handle the store independently Excellent communication and people skills Able to pass a criminal check and drug test if required work weekends and until 6 pm
We have an opportunity for a Store Manager at Richmond Vege Mart in the Christchurch Area of the Canterbury region.
This is a hands-on role where you will have responsibility for the daily operation of the store and the leadership of the team.
The role includes, but is not limited to :
- Total responsibility for the daily operation of the store
- Managing and leading the team
- Ensure quality sales and customer service, going the extra mile
- Achieving store and personal sales targets by achieving
excellence in customer satisfaction
