Thrive PR is looking for a PR & Social Media Executive to join our Auckland team. You’ll help global brands tell local stories — and take New Zealand stories across the Tasman and to the world.

Our trans‑Tasman clients include LEGO® , Afterpay and Cisco ; locally we partner with leaders like Ngāi Tahu Tourism . As a Kiwi Thriver, you’ll help these brands — and our wider NZ portfolio — truly THRIVE .

The Role

You’ll work across integrated communications for iconic brands in toys, travel and technology. This role suits an ambitious communicator (1–2+ years’ experience) who loves content creation, social, talent engagement and earned / owned / paid media — and who’s excited to be part of a highly collaborative trans‑Tasman team where you’ll get the opportunity to travel.

What You’ll Create

  • Support Senior Consultants day-to-day to deliver campaigns in NZ and across the ditch.
  • Contribute ideas and help design and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Champion smart AI adoption to find efficiencies and power multi‑channel storytelling (digital, creators, earned / owned / paid).
  • Help build talent / creator programs and social / content calendars.
  • Be a meticulous brand custodian.

What You’ll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification and 1–2+ years in PR, brand comms or earned media.
  • Hands‑on social experience — content production and working with creators / talent.
  • Sharp writing and detail obsession.
  • Creative thinking and big ideas.
  • Curiosity, a love of play, and appetite for trans‑Tasman work.
