Overview
NZTA is seeking independent testing services for Electronic Distance Recorders (EDRs) as required on an adhoc service delivery model. The independent tester will conduct functional, safety, and digital integrity testing and provide detailed reports to support regulatory approval decisions.
Prequalifications :
Must have experience and track record of testing electronic recording devices similar and relevant to EDRStrict no conflict requirement as this service is to act as a complete independent tester. Respondents must declare they have no conflicts (perceived, potential or actual). This includes :Existing ESPRegistered or regular installers of a NZTA ESPExisting contract with NZTA providing services to NZTA under the RUC system programmeThe indicative release date that the buying agency expects a realised procurement process to commence, the FPO will close on this date. Please note that the date will be presented to suppliers by calendar quarter.
Initial Development (Concept Phase) - the buying agency is investigating options to procure in the future (high level information expected around the activity). Budget may or may not be available.
