The opportunity

We are seeking applications from experienced Project Administrators preferably with construction industry experience to join our Whanganui site team on a permanent, part-time basis. This is a dynamic and varied role where your organisational and communication skills will directly support project delivery.

Key responsibilities include the following :

• Managing project documentation systems to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records
• Tracking and maintaining project plans and documents across multiple stakeholders
• Supporting the site team by coordinating events, team functions, and monthly wellbeing activities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams
• Working independently with minimal supervision in a busy, site-based environment
• Providing proficient use of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
